What an interesting book! I loved this read. I knew the name ‘Marjorie Merriweather Post’, but did not know anything about her. Her life, while certainly having it’s share of heartache and problems, was most extraordinary. Wealth like hers is something that I cannot even conceive of, let alone dream about. So incredibly over the top. I think, for a woman of her time, she was a trailblazer and an exemplary role model. She lived a life of privilege, philanthropy and excess, but she did so much for so many too. She tried to use her wealth for good which I certainly find to be a plus!Well written, well paced and a great page turner read!
